Jonathan Thomas Maiocco is a Los Angeles-based composer, producer, and artist creating music in the worlds of cinematic film and modern pop production.

Classically trained with a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Music Composition, Jonathan has contributed additional music to series on Netflix, Fox, and ABC. His scoring portfolio spans feature films, documentaries, shorts, and advertisements, most recently including his work on Dementium and True Love.

As a producer, Jonathan collaborates with pop, rap, and alternative artists to realize their creative visions. His work is defined by a genre-bending approach with a portfolio spanning from independent creators to GRAMMY-winning and nominated talent.

Jonathan’s solo career began in 2019 with the dual release of his first symphony, Soli Deo Gloria, and his debut pop album, The Point of Contingency. In 2024, he released the cinematic pop album Religious Trauma Syndrome and the Other Side, a deeply personal project navigating loss, faith deconstruction, and healing. This was followed by a string of singles (I Don’t Care Anymore, RUN!, and Something Real) leading to his most recent work, For All My Ex-Girlfriends.

These artistic contributions earned him selection for the 2024 ASCAP Foundation Harold Adamson Workshop and the 2025 Grammy NEXT program. He is a voting member of The Recording Academy and serves on the Songwriters & Composers Wing Committee.
